How do I redeem a certificate?

Simply enter your certificate code and email address on the redemption page, then follow the steps to complete the fulfillment process and receive your gift.

Why is there not a customer service phone number on certificates or redemption website?

We do not provide a direct phone number on the redemption website to ensure that inquiries come only from visitors with a valid certificate code. This allows us to confirm that all requests submitted through our fulfillment site are directly related to an active certificate.

Our fulfillment website is designed to be user-friendly and transparent, offering full terms and conditions, and an informational video explaining our discounted travel offers. For questions beyond what’s already provided, users can access our built-in Support feature and are guaranteed a response within one business day.

With over 3,200 daily visitors, listing a direct support number would require a full call center to handle questions that are already clearly addressed on the website.

How can I reach support for my certificate?

Once your certificate is redeemed, you will have full access to our online support desk through your redemption account. We guarantee a response within one business day.

After logging in to your certificate dashboard, click the red Support tab located in the lower-right corner of the page.

Click “Get Help” in the upper-right corner of the page, then select “Forgot Certificate ID?”

Fill out the form using the email address and phone number used during redemption. You can also get in touch with the one who gave you the offer to retrieve the certificate ID.
