Frequently Asked Questions

×
What brand is this Smart Fitness Watch?

We work with several quality brand manufacturers at any given time. When we distribute electronic items we provide specifications for the product and we will never provide lesser quality than what is stated in our specifications. Sometimes a current manufacturer might be out of inventory, which could conflict with our shipping time frame. Therefore we state that we can produce an item of greater or equivalent value and this value is comprised around the products specifications, not brand. Therefore we cannot guarantee brand, but we can guarantee quality. Compares to FitBit.

What is the retail cost of this product?

Manufacturer's suggested retail cost is $129.00 plus taxes plus shipping and handling.

What happens after I send in the fees and the certificate?

We will process your information and will send out your product within 3-5 days. You will receive an email confirmation after your certificate is processed.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Please allow up 2-6 weeks for delivery.

What is the return policy?

The fee you paid is non-refundable. However, every product we send out will come with at least a 90 day limited warranty. If you have any issues with the device please refer to the manual for troubleshooting tips and if needed reference your warranty information packet within 90 days for a replacement.
